Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do you do overnight pet sittings?

At the moment I am not currently offering overnight pet sittings, sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you offer dog walking and pet sitting on evening and weekends?

Yes, I do offer pet sitting and dog walking services on evenings and weekends. However, there is an extra charge for weekends and evenings past 7pm. Please contact me directly for a personalised quote.

What if my pet gets sick and needs to see a vet?

I am pet first aid trained and will assess the situation carefully. If veterinary care is required, I will take your pet to their registered vet (or an emergency clinic if needed) and contact you immediately. Your pet’s wellbeing is always my top priority.

How do you access my home for visits?

Before your booking begins, we’ll agree on the safest and most convenient way for me to access your home. This may include a key handover, secure key safe, or other arrangement discussed in advance.

All keys are stored securely and never labelled with your address for added security.

Will I receive updates when I am away?

Absolutely! I provide regular updates during each visit, including photos and a short message so you can see how your pet is doing. My aim is to give you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

Are you Insured & DBS checked?

Yes — I am fully insured and DBS checked for pet sitting and care services, giving you complete peace of mind while your pet is in my care.

Do I need to book a meet and greet first?

Yes — a complimentary meet and greet is required before all new bookings. This allows us to get to know each other, discuss routines, and ensure your pet feels comfortable and safe.
